Wellington Hall Market

RULES AND REGULATIONS


1. DATE AND TIME

  • a) For the duration of 2020 , The Wellington Hall Market shall operate on the third Saturday of every month during the hours of 10am to 3pm. (Except for our June 27th Market, which will take place on the fourth Saturday of June, 10am to 3pm.)

  • b) The Wellington Hall Market site will open at 8:00am for vendor set up.
  • c) The Wellington Hall Market site must be vacated by no later than 4:00pm

2. MARKET OPENING AND CLOSING 
  • a) Vendor tables/stalls must be completely setup by 9:30am on the day of the scheduled market.
  • b) If any vendor is not present by 9:30am, their table will be given away and they will be considered a no-show.

  • c) No inside or outside Vendor shall leave the market prior to 3:00pm
  • d) Outside vendors are responsible for bringing their own table(s) and tent.
  • e) If weather is /or becomes poor, any outside Vendor must remain outside until 3pm sharp.
  • f) Vendors must not take down their table displays until 3:00pm sharp.
  • g) Vendors must remove all litter from their table/stall area prior to the close of the market day.
  • h) Vendor stalls must be attended at all times.
3. MARKET CONDUCT:


NO Person / Vendor shall:
  • 1) Behave in other than a professional and courteous manner.
  • 2) Obstruct or interfere with any other Wellington Hall Market Vendor(s).
  • 3) Shout, run, commit any nuisance, or be disorderly during the market. This includes family members such as small children.
  • 4) Setup a table/stall that has been assigned to another Vendor without approval from the Market Manager (Marina Glynn)
  • 5) Switch table stalls with another Vendor at any time, unless it has been approved by the Market Manager (Marina Glynn)
  • 6) Interfere with another Vendors, money/cash or payments
  • 7) Bring large display objects that has not been approved by the Marketing Manager (Marina Glynn).
  • 8) Have a representative take the place of the original Vendor applicant, unless it has been approved by the Market Manager (Marina Glynn)
  • 9) Sell or distribute anything from tables or display shelves that are not clean, organized and safe.
3.1 Individuals who engage in any of the behaviors listed above will be subject to immediate ejection from the market by the Market  Manager ( Marina Glynn)


4. LOSS, DAMAGE OR ACCIDENT:
  • a) The Vendor agrees to accept full responsibility for any loss, damage or accident occurring at the market (Wellington Hall) as the result of negligence or willful default on the part of the Vendor.
5. VENDOR FEE PAYMENT AND AGREEMENT
  • a) When a Vendor has paid their vendor fees to the Wellington Hall Market, the Vendor is in agreement with the above Rules and Regulations. 
  • b) The Wellington Hall Market will not issue refunds if a vendor decides to drop out/ cancel their vendor spot.

    c) The Wellington Hall Market will not issue a credit for any cancellations made by individual vendors.

    d) Refunds may be issued if the Wellington Hall Market decides it is appropriate to do so.

    e) If a refund is granted, a vendor will receive 50% of their paid vendor fee(s).
